James Knight-Pacheco is a Professional chef with ten years’ experience in variety of establishments, including Michelin starred and Rosette awarded (kitchens).
Experience in live and filmed demonstrations including BBC2 series ‘Out of the Frying Pan’, BBC2 Series ‘The Restaurant’, BBC Good Food Show, Sky Good Food Channel’s ‘Market Kitchen’ and daily cooking demonstrations at Ashburton Cookery School.
James has worked in some of the finest restaurants in the UK and with some of the world’s greatest chefs such as Raymond Blanc at LE MANOIR AUX QUAT’SAISSONS, Oxfordshire, - GORDON RAMSAY at CLARIDGES, Mayfair, London, & - THE GALLEY, Topsham - a Rosette specialist fish restaurant, training under Master Chef - Paul da Costa-Greaves.
