Described on ITV as the new "Gordon Ramsey" & having spent nearly a decade working 2 & 3 Michelin standard restaurants now James himself is a multi-award winning chef including multiple rosettes and a Michelin star. He also won national restaurant of the year aged just 24,

James has also built up a TV career away from the UK, staring on NBC, CNN, to name a couple, as well as appearing in many worldwide magazines including Marie Clare, Hello and Cosmopolitan this year alone.

James is currently working for a couple of TV shows in the UK and he is also going to be a regular on Turkish TV as well as his own column in a national paper, James is also planning to open a restaurant or bistro in Istanbul this year as well as a cook school, James has just finished consulting 3 restaurants 2 of which are at 1 Michelin star standard in Europe through ASL, James has big plans for next year including a new restaurant in Scotland which unfortunately he is unable to divulge at this present time.

In addition to James's current information James is also launching his own range of cookware and clothing range and consulting for 2 restaurants in China for the first 6 months due to his own commitments.
