Paul Ellis

Paul is a well-established chef with many years of experience in the catering world from working in kitchens all over Europe and even Japan from 5 star and Rosette standard establishments.

He has done many cooking demonstrations throughout the UK for numerous companies including a current on-going contract with Moburn Ovens; he has also assisted and worked with many famous chefs to include Marco Pierre White & Raymond Blanc.

Paul has performed at many great food shows and events he has performed private cooking demonstrations for large company’s such as Nike, he has been filmed cooking on Videojug, plus JML TV, and is truly up and coming in the world of top chefs.
